Well I passed all the preliminary testing. Typing, 10 key, arithmetic (honest to Pete). I also listened to 2 customer calls (about 45 minutes) and made comments one each. One was a satisfied customer and the other was an unhappy customer. It was nerve wracking, but I'm scheduled for an in person interview tomorrow. Yep, I'm still nervous. Tomorrow will tell. Thanks for your prayers.

I understand about the low self esteem as I was out of work several years back for 11 months. Here's my advice....You tell 'em " I WANT this job, I know I can & WILL do it well, & you will NEVER regret hiring me!"
