Fillets on the hoof, delicious. If trout are for people who don't have bluegill, then walleye are for people who don't have crappie. Yeah, but walleyes have photosensitive eyes and can't stand the glare from the tutu. Sends 'em running to the deepest water they can find.
If it swims and eats, it'll eat a fly.
