A few months back.....
I posted a question about fishing with a 10-month-old in tow a few months ago. I got some good advice and ended up getting a Deuter backpack carrier for my little girl. We have been out a few times, I only fish from shore and only where I can easily walk to, no excess bending, climbing, etc. We have mostly been skunked or only caught Creek Chubs. However, today we caught this....

It's a bit of a challenge landing a fish like this with a kiddo on one's back, but it was fun, too. And she giggled the entire time we were playing the fish! Oh, she's just over 1 year now.
