Stan,

I think the way this is normally run (somebody correct me if I am wrong) is that we go with the swap members that are already part of the swap, unless someone drops out permanently, at which time we make it open to new people. Is this correct? If this is the case I think John R or Bob would have the list of people wanting to join in if you would want to be on it, which would mean you'd be committing for the whole rest of the year. I don't think places are substituted on a month-by-month basis.
Other members please feel free to chime in, is this accurate?
