Thread: Hug your kids...right now...even if they are asleep

There is nothing as tragic and sad than loosing a child. I once read that a parent’s heart is not built to endure the loss of a child or words to the effect. I have had the experience to witness a tragedy like this more than a few times and from these experiences I know that there are no words you can offer that will replace your actions of being there for him

Gone too soon. What a tragedy. Prayers for the family of that little angel and to you Mike.

How much the family out in Blain, Perry County, Pennsylvania must wish they had their seven children killed in the fire around to hug. I can't imagine their grief either. State Police said there is no conclusive evidence as to what started the fire and the case is now closed for good. I pray it wasn't a child playing with matches or a lighter though somehow I don't think it matters too much when there is a tragic event like that.

Prayers to all involved. It is not easy for a parent to bury a child. I know this from experience. My little Amanda lived for 4-1/2 months before she passed due to having been born with an extra chromosome. That was in 1988 and my ex-wife and I have still not gotten over it....probably never will. So, once again....tons of prayers coming your way. Tell her to say Hi to my Amanda and to tell her daddy loves her very much. Thanks.
