Back for another season; bummed that I'll miss the first few weeks of the season, hopefully the run won't have peaked before I get back.

What am I supposed to see?
Once the shad run really heats up (April-May) you'll see them constantly moving by (the 3-screen view is the one I like to use ) during the day. At night you get stuff like catfish, lamprey eel, which are kinda cool.

Scott
Scott,
Please bump up this thread when the shad start moving.
Thanks,
Ed
This is definitely going to be cool once they start running!
Thank God for my wife, the midge nymph and those hapless Iowa Hawkeyes!
