How do leap-year kids celebrate their birthdays and on which day? Aren't they technically 1/4 their age because their actual birth date is every 4 years?

When very young we just picked a convent day. In my 20 somethings and Navy years from Washington's Birthday til Spring was a good party.
Now in my 50 somethings it is back to when ever is convent.

The biggest problem is one must be into older women.
