Very good article. The first fly fishing I learned was with nymphs and I'm glad because deep is where the fish get 80% of their food. I fish dry flies when the situation calls for them and I enjoy that, too. But, I figure, why limit yourself. I'm there to catch fish. My only suggestiion is that I would learn to fish nymphs without indicators. I have nothing against them. It's just that it's one less thing you have to put on your leader. For years I used an orange sleeve indicator and it worked just fine. I see guys using those big bobber type indicators and I'm always wondering if they're missing the more subtle takes.
