Just heard from a friend in NY that Dick Talleur passed away last Friday. I knew Dick back when I lived in Westchester County, NY, and he and I were among the group that founded the Croton Watershed Chapter of TU. My deepest condolences go out to his family. The world of fly fishing and fly tying has lost a very knowledgeable, creative man, who was also a very nice man, and a good friend.
