#1 Set-up a free account on Photo Bucket

#2 Upload your photo's to: PhotoBucket web site

#3 Once you see your photo's on Photobucket look under the photo's and at the bottom you will see the following information:

[IMG] [url=http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j259/TejasTackle/FISHING/DSCF0163.jpg:d0dbf]http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j259/TejasTackle/FISHING/DSCF0163.jpg[/url:d0dbf] [/IMG]

just copy & paste it into your POST w/o the spaces between [IMG] & [/IMG]
