Best color for wraps on dark bamboo

Thanks for all the input. I have the rod wrapped with antique gold but have not applied the varnish yet -- wraps look OK when wetted to get an ideal how it would look without CP but still not sold all the way. Still thinking it over.

Just my opinion but I like the mannner in which Antique Gold ages without color preserver.
