Hans, I've been ordering from Kent for several years. Except when he's moving from Canada to Arizona (or New Mexico) where he winters, his service is excellent. I use his tungsten beads, hooks and some other products. Give him a try. You might also try e-mailing him again. Could be your e-mail hit during his move time last month. Ron
I got an order from Kent a few weeks ago. He has been great to deal with and is far better than ebay garbage! When I need coneheads, he is first person I go to.
