    Default A PASSION FOR TARPON - Book Review - January 24, 2010

    A PASSION FOR TARPON

Early last fall the Lady Fisher gave me this book and asked me to read and review it for FAOL, and since that time I have read this volume twice. After the first reading, my first impression was?WOW. With the second reading, I filled the margins with notes and many of the pages are highlighted, bolding the many passages which contained critically important information on chasing the Silver Kings.

Excellent review, without giving too much away. That is an expensive book!!

ACtually it is a very large book, coffee table type - I should have asked Tom to include the size.

Anything of that size and scope full of studio-grade photography by Pat Ford is going to cost $100 no matter who wrote what in it. LOL I almost wish Andy would come out with a text version in soft cover without all the art for about $20 or whatever so I could read it without having to pay for Pat.
