There several wood duck and mallard skins on ebay right now.
I don't skin them (too much fat to deal with). Let me know if you are interested in the flanks, and "cape" area feathers, and I will let you know when I get some more.

don't worry so much about skins from a goose. get some quills, primary and secondary, and shoulder.

I can't say about fly fishing but there's a lot of feed lots in Kansas.
