It's almost noon, my chores are done, and it is 24 degrees outside. I think I'll settle in with some cranberry bread, a pot of fresh roast Costa Rican coffee, light up the fireplace and STAY INSIDE! Supposed to be 7 degrees overnight tonight.

That cranberry bread sounds good. I was going to go to some property and our cabin near Burns Oregon this weekend to sit by the fire and enjoy the quiet for the weekend. Glad I didn't go after seeing the temp over there. Friday morning a cool -24. This morning -17.

Considering that it was nearly 70 a couple of days ago, this weather is hitting me harder than it normally would. I like the winter, but this schizophrenic weather over the last couple of days is really messing me up. Just give me some snow and all is well....

WE have the warmer air right now but the cold you have is on the way behind it,the weather has been wacko from warm to brrr and back and forth. Must say I have enjoyed the break with the warmer air...
