    Default A bit longer

International mail can be unpredictable. Sometimes 10 days, sometimes 3 weeks. I believe both sets of flies will arive in the near future.

    Lightbulb Wrapping up this swap

This swap is getting a little bit ?long in the tooth?
Here is how I plan to wrap this swap up.
IF sjo?s flies do not arrive by March 2nd from the Netherlands, one month past the due date, I will sort and mail the flies to everyone who sent me flies. ALSO, I will sort and hold a set for sjo. In effect I will be holding sjo?s flies in ?escrow?
When sjo?s flies land in my mailbox, I will send him a set and individually mail one of his flies to each of the swap members.
I have communicated by pm with sjo and he approves of this plan.
If any swap member has questions or comments about the wrap-up of this swap please send me a pm or post here.
    Your humble swapmesiter.

Sounds like a plan. I don't mind waiting extra when flies are in the mail, and I agree that 1 month past the deadline is a good cut off.
