    Default Xmas Rod

    I have not posted a rod in quite awhile so I snapped a few quick pics of a rod built for a college rugby player who wanted his team colors. It is a tiger eye 9' 5wt, YFLY reel seat, single ellipitical of bubinga in zebrawood with walnut accents on the ends. The eyes are PacBay chrome single foots, BNTG stripper, and the thread wrap is Royal blue with gold metallic trim to match his team colors. Sorry about the quality of the pics (forgot to even wipe the rod down to get rid of dust), but was in hurry to get shipped out.
