    THE JOY OF CASTING

I like casting a fly rod! Good thing, because I spend most of my time on an Atlantic salmon river here in central Quebec. The famous fish of ten thousand casts! There are plenty of opportunities to practice our casting and presentations.

    I think I mis-named the article. I would say I love "presenting" a fly.

The presentation is the sum of the approach, cast and drift of the fly. I like seeing how different stuf affects the drift, swing ... whatever.

I gues that's why I seem to be collecting rods too !! A "do everthing" rod just doesn't seem to exist!
