Absolutely, un-equaled, without a doubt in my mind, the HW Rio Grande King is my choice for the best fly in the box. I fish it dry though, and have been confoundedly amazed what this fly will do. I just can't understand what is so attractive to a fish. I start fishing the fly in April and it will fish all summer long and into the fall without much of an equal and I've been fishin' it along time.
My dad died in 1984. I think about him every day.
