    Default Your best picture?

    OK guys, I have noticed that lots of you are great with the camera, so how about posting your favourite picture from this year? I am going to be away with work and fishing for the next week so realy look forward to checking out some great shots when I get back!
    Here is Mine. A sunset shot at Great Barrier Island NZ between storm fronts, taken with my Pentax water proof point and shoot.

    All the best.

    I can't say about fly fishing but there's a lot of feed lots in Kansas.

    I'm afraid the only contribution I can make is to tell you all how stunning these pictures are. Great photos. Thanks for sharing them.

    Not my best but one I was playing with last night in the backyard. Fog in the trees with some back light left from the sun going down.

    Wes,

    A friend of mine sent me a link to a Web site so that I could look at a fly they had posted and I saw this picture and knew it was identical to your picture only a different season. Thought you might enjoy it...

    <![endif]>It's finally snowing. For all of you who visited in September, then October, and even November and wondered when it would snow, well, It's been snowing since Monday, or late Sunday night if you want to be picky about it. It stops for a time, but every so often the big snow globe shaker in the sky gives us a fresh new flurry. It hasn't interfered one bit with the fishing, and if you're a skier, ski festival planner or participant, you're mighty glad it's accumulating.

    Fly fishing and fly tying are two things that I do, and when I am doing them, they are the only 2 things I think about. They clear my mind.

    These were taken when I could keep up with my fishing buddies;

    Favorite memories for sure.
