    Steve, is that the photo for the new Heart Association ad?

    Ya'll should know gravy is supposed to be brownish in color, one of my favorite for biscuits is impossible to find, red-eye ham gravy. Don't know how to make it, other than it requires a little coffee and ham grease, but sure know how to eat it and the gravy from my wife's pot roast with onion soup mix and mushroom soup is excellent, if you like that sort of thing.

    I know a place in St Anthony that serves a CF steak that hangs over all sides of the plate..... not that there sounds good for next Sunday....

    in moderation thats the key , and Sundays only thats for me...
