    Mine will look like this but the pork will be sliced and some purple cabbage on the side.

    Pop open a couple beers and you are ready.

    I think I can recall my cardiologist suggesting this for my heart diet. He mentioned that it would lessen my insurance premiums onaccounta I'd be DEAD, BUT, I think I'd be inclined to a "taste" just before my demise. PORK, it keeps terrorists away and is YUMMY.

    AND, when I have a mind to cookin some "comfort" I just might do some stuffed peppers ( one of my faves among an extensive repertoir of stuff I ( used to- onaccounta diet) love to cook and eat)



    Someday, I'll be back at enjoying stuff like that.

    Placed them in the crock pot last night on low and mixed in the "Pulled Pork" packet.

    Pulled the pork today. Added some Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy Barbeque Sauce.

    Sampled already. Have best cook in house status back. Will be on warm rest of day
