3 pounds of pork cutlet cut in to 1/4 inch slices
browned in butter with onion powder/salt/pepper to taste
Pork Gravy made from drippings ..set aside along with pork

2 Yellow Onions cut in thin slices
2 sticks of butter
Onions cooked slowly so almost turn in mush
Add 2 pounds of sliced button mushrooms
2 pork bullion cubes
Add one pint of heavy cream
half a cup of sour cream
1.5 cups red cooking wine
cook on low for 20 minutes.
add pork and cook 30 minutes on medium/low
put lid on pan

while cooking pork make big batch of spaetzel

Heat up your Blau Kraut

Chop up some fresh rosemary in tiny pieces and sprinkle on pork and sauce before serving
Pop open a couple beers and you are ready.
