    Update:


    After some browsing online and learning a new technique I give you the second evolution of my alpaca sculpin. The area behind the fins on this one is still dubbed with full length hair and a dubbing loop, but the front portion is now stacked and trimmed like deer hair. This allows the head to be much fuller to better imitate the large head of a sculpin, and also allows the wool to better fill in around the eyes. I think that my next step is to make it 2 toned by putting some yellow wool on the underside of the head. First step, dyeing yellowish alpaca...
