It was a lot of fun. The mozzarella is all gone now, as is the mascopone. The Camembere is looking good in the fridge. Have to flip it each morning before breakfast. It hasn't sprouted any white mold yet, but that should appear by the end of the week. Hmmm, I haven't let something grow mold in the fridge since I got married, but I know I used to be good at it!
