For Father's day (a different date here in NZ than in Canada), I was given a "1 day cheese making course" We made Mozzarella, Camembert, and Mascapone. The Mozzarella and mascapone are ready to eat right away, while the Camembert takes 21 days to mature. Anyway, below are my results. The balls are the Mozza, the rounds the Cam, and the bag of stuff is the mascapone (it's like riccota). the other tasty looking stuff my wife made
