I was going to use this St Croix as a backup 3 wt but changed my mind and bought something else.

It's in very good condition and comes with a tube with internal compartments instead of rod bag. Nickel-silver hardware and curly maple reel seat insert. Very nice med to med/fast action.

Wow, that's a seriously great 3wt. I have the Avid 793 and it's a sweetheart. I've probably caught 3x more fish on that rod than all others combined...though my 1wt is starting to cover the spread...

Anyway, nothing really to add except that its new owner will be a very happy angler indeed.
