I was trout fishing. Went up to my favorite run that happens to be near some houses. it's open fishing in a "trophy area". There were three people fishing the run and normally we put 4-5 in there comfortably. Well the middle guy went to the lower section and I walked into the EXACT same spot he was. Well the "lady" fishing there walked over to me and said "you're a little close aren't you?" i said I just took that guy's spot and I didn't see you saying anything to him and anyway we usually put 5 guys in this same run. I didn't move.
She came over later and apologized. Normally I would just say "no problem" and strike up a conversation. But the way she did it had me sooooooo PO'd I just glared at her.
Of course they have a house on that run and it's "their run".
Typical...
Other than that I really don't think I've had a 'run in' with anyone anywhere while fishing. Then again I'm like 6'2" 230
