Stripers on East Coast in Oct

I will be in Boston the first week in October and will be available to fish for stripers/blues? for a few days before that week or after that week. I Googled Cape Cod and came up with several guide services: Fishing the Cape, Cape Cod Charters, Yankee Angler.

I need recommendations for guides, not necessarily in the Cape Cod area, but north or south of that area. Would really like to take a boat after stripers, but maybe too late in the year? Will have my heavy salt fly rods, waders, salty gear as I fish the salt here in Florida, so can be flexible on the east coast - wading the surf or boat. I've never fished the coast, so need help and recommendations.
