The guy/guide said thought you might get in there and I respect the walk and they kept moving on. It was a very polite exchange since they were able to cover more water. So there are some respectful people out there. But, ya a tung head streamer will do the trick.
I kind of have a pet peeve about people complaining about getting low holed. Do you complain if you get high holed? Quite a few trout fishrman fish UPSTREAM, instead of the stealhead swing / move down a few feet. Thus in their minds since fly fisherman move upstream they are being polite. To me, ASKING the person what they want to do is the most polite thing.

I have not really witnessed rude fly fisherman. Gear fisherman fishing for salmon act like they were raised in a barn tho. Where is casting over my line and actually tangling with NOT RUDE?
