    Default Dog days crappie

Well, between work and the heat, I've been on the verge of a meltdown recently. Stress just sucks! So I made time tonight to wet a line, and it paid off. Nothin' huge, but they'll all taste alright!

Nice picture - thanks for sharing. I went chasing crappie today as well. Caught a bunch just big enough to fillet. The neighbors wanted them for a fish fry.

I went out there Sunday morning and caught a half dozen or so by the dam. Is that where you got them?
