I am glad that your medical treatments have help save your eye sight. Your site has been my inspirations when it comes to dressing soft hackle wet flies, and learning more about North Country Flies, and their history.
Two years ago I had to have eye surgery on both eyes, because of glaucoma. Currently I am recovering for "Impetigo" in both eyes, I have to take drops in both eyes every two hours (around the clock) and take capsules 4 times a day for a month. I was planning on doing some FAOL CD's for some members but I have to put that off as I am very contagious. I have to wash my face and hands every few hours and have separate towels and wash clothes, as well as separate dishes, cups, and eating utensils. My clothes have to be washed separate from the rest of the families, and my pillow cases washed every day.
I cannot be anywhere near my wife who is taking Chemo Treatments for Colon Cancer! Same applies to my daughter and grandson. I really cannot go out in public until the Impetigo has disappeared completely and my doctor give me a clean bill of health.....
If there is no notable improvement I might have to be reevaluated for Cellulitis. I feel as if I am a Leper and unclean!
