    Default Tanneycomo tailwater flyfishing

I have never been to the Branson Missouri area. I would like to flyfish the tailwater below Tanneycomo.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to expect. OH ya I will be wading.
Also any reconmendations on lodging would be nice information.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Phil Lilley at Lilleys Landing is a great host and keeps a very nice lodge.

Check in with Carolyn at River Run Outfitters for what's working the best. They have a great shop very close to the water.

+1 on those. Also take some olive soft hackles #16. Scuds and sowbugs are also working well right now. You'll have a ball.

    Bumpity.

I have been there only once but unfortunately didn't catch a fish. So I'm not much help. Hopefully someone else will chime in here. There are plenty on the forum who have been there.

Take Scuds, Scuds, and more Scuds. above fall creek to the Table Rock Dam. Olive and a pinkish rainbow are good colors used the last time I was fishing above fall creek.
