Default How to set up a noob FF'er

I am taking a buddy out FFing for his first time. He has a rod, a reel (as soon as USPS can find my house), and that is it. He might have waders, and if not, he can borrow my extras.

This post is to ask what else he should have? Trout fishing on Hat Creek in CA is the name of the game.

So far I have (additions from FAOLers in bold):
    1. Vest (or some kind of gear holder)
    2. extra leaders in 4X, 5X, 6X
    3. Tippet in the above sizes
    4. nippers (nail clippers)
    5. flies (from me to start) and box
    6. floatant ( am going to find some alboline this year)
    7. split shot
    8. indicators
    9. net
    10. wading staff
    11. hat
    12. polarized eye protection
    13. hemostats
    14. bug repellant (already in car)
    15. Sunscreen (already in car)
    16. Towel
    17. Camera
    18. Wading Belt
    19. Bags of various sizes
    20. 1st aid kit (already in car)
    21. h2o - I have a filter bottle always attached to me. Just scoop and drink
    22. TP??
    23. Wire Cutters (attached to my Leatherman and Swiss Army knife)
    24. (Instruction will be a little rich for us, but was a good idea)
MORE? Keep 'em coming, the vest ain't full yet!! HA!
