    Beautiful colors on those fish! I remember seeing some when I was there, but they sure moved through quickly!

    some would say yes but not me...maybe at night but probably not in open water like I am in...water is completely clear to the bottom at 30ft...in the backcountry they throttle topwater...for me its always the Mighty Mighty Speed Dart

    Thanks bfw....i'll have to remember to try topwater on snook but in the backcountry if and when i ever get out that way. How hard would it be for you to post a pic of a 'Mighty Mighty Speed Dart' just out of curiosity?

    here they are...for the record -this is not commercial advertising...I am the last person in the world that wants to tye you flys ...they are the easiest fly I know and what you see is what you get...they require confidence and presentation but will slay anything that swims

    I know what you mean about confidence regarding flies and i'm thinking presentation would be to lead then add speed judging by the lead eyes. I will tye some of those and try them on the local lmb and smb...thanks again bfw.
