Frog Hair Indicator question...

I recently picked up some of the reuseable Frog hair indicators and understand how to thread them on, but how do you use the extra rubber retainers that are on the seperate wires (there are 6 on each wire). I don't get how you would be able to use a couple without messing up the other four...what am I missing. The enclosed directions don't show that step....

thread your tippet through the eye of the wire threader that hold the extra stoppers, now grab one of the stoppers and slide it up onto the tippet and pull it through...now thats on your line...hand thread the actual indicator on then repeat step one again to get your bottom stopper on...obviously you cant reuse the stoppers but i often leave the top stopper on my line for the next time...provided i'm nymphing...

Sound complicated but it really isn't...once you do it you'll go..."oh, i see".

...your not alone...i went through the same thing...they should put it on the packaging or their site...
