Joe that is a 1966 Winchester "Centennial 66" 30/30. My mom bought that gun for my father on their very first wedding anniversary and my dad gave it to me the year that he passed away. That's probably my most prized possession I own due to the sentimental value of it.

That would also be a favorite of mine too. I understand the sentimental value as I have some of my dad's belongings. Really nice piece, and I hope you hunt with it occasionally. Ask me about my dad's fishing rod and the two BIG trout I caught with it after he was gone. I'd love to tell the story. Maybe on "Reader's Casts" one day soon.

The quality of your rods is matched by the thought and care you have put into your cave. You have a very nice work place, that is a real accomplishment.

Like it would make a difference, but my wife would like to know how many square feet. You know, how wide by how long. I told her it doesn't make any difference, but she is a quilter and if I get some square feet, she would like some too. Gotta know!

Sorry I'm just now replying to this. I have been out of sorts the past few days with what I thought was a pulled muscle in my stomach but now is looking more and more like an ulcer, sucks to get old!

Thanks guys, it's my little corner of the world where I like to spend a lot of time.

Joe the sq footage is probably right around 300 at the moment. Its about 10ft wide and around 30ft long. Within the next couple months though I plan to add to it. I want to built up another room next to it which will be about 12x12 which I can use as an office/photo booth.
