Wing cases, fiber bodies, maybe dry fly winging? The only Canada goose feathers I generally save are CDC and some shoulder feathers.

I have used the body feathers for tails, body, thorax, wings and hackle. Likewise the flank feathers. However like QKid I usually just save the CDC as there are feathers that I like better for tying.

However don't let this deter you. Use your imagination and you could be surprised by what you can come up with. Another item that I have been tempted to save is the downy feathers on the breast. I saved a few and they make easy dubbing but I was too lazy to try to dye them. maybe next year.
