AS Johnscott reported for Montana, Western Wyoming is in EL NINO also.
The Green River drainage is 50% to 60% of normal. The Snake River Drainage is a bit better at around 75% to 80% or a little more.
This could be another interesting water year!!

Okay, let's try the sight listed below in mcsteff's reply This is the sight I use for my info, and it does all of the western U.S.
