Those flies are really nice and buggy looking. Can you post a pattern? In what sizes do you fish them?

What does "Bonk" mean in America? I'm past middle age so I'm not up on that word.

Do you mean the recipe? Depending on the water and the size of the waves i would fish them in 8/10 or 12. I'll write about it when i do the fly of the week.
