A REASON TO DIE BEFORE DYEING (Response to Buddy's Thread)

Last night my loving wife told me she was going to the market. I ask her if she would mind picking me up a bottle of liquid Rit in AQUA. When she got home, she had picked me up a box of powdered Rit in teal, wine, and a bottle of liquid navy blue. (They were on sale) ????????????????????????????

I kept my mouth shut for once in my life and just used the teal. I think she would have killed me with just any other response than "Thanks Honey".

Any way, I wanted to dye some cheeks and beard for some Classic salmon. Here are the results.

There's a point when a smart man knows to keep his big mouth shut and just show love and appreciation especially if he wants the continued support of his major messes while tying flies.

I haven't had to get into the dying of materials that much. VEE does most of it.

Thanks Ron. I don't think it would be advisable for me to ask my wife to dye any materials for me. You know, peace in the family and all that.
