I know that this has probably been asked and answered in the past, but I want to make sure that you do not have to be in the chat to win if your name is drawn since I will not be able to join due to prior committments. Also, will you:

1. Select the names for the appropriate number of prizes and then the winners select which prize they want from the remaining prizes

or will you

2. Select a prize and then select the winner of that prize.

While ti would take a bit longer to match up the prizes with the winners, tt seems that the first option would allow the folks to get the prizes they would like best. Your thoughts...

Interesting, & I agree with Jim about the folks choosing from available prizes. Perhaps posting a list of names in order, give a "window of time" (2-3 days) for folks to respond. If no response, move them (again, in order) to the bottom of the list & "draw" the prize package. Just a thought, but it might also prevent one from winning their own donation.

I believe Ray is gong to do a double blind raffle drawing. He will pick a raffle ticket then he will pick a lot number. That way everyone has an even chance of winning.

That sounds the most fair to me. Most random = most fair. Plus, that way I won't have to keep racking my brain about which prize I want every time my name gets drawn !

I think he is looking at a couple of weeks yet. He is only half way through photographing the prizes. There is still time to enter or enter again, especially with pay-pal which would definitely arrive on time.
