Thats a bit more than "tensing"

I dont think you can call it a "standard", it all depends on the situation. If Taupe was using the same body motions to stretch before his day of skiing it would not be considered a problem. The same body motions used when he was being arrested could be considered combative, aggressive, uncooperative, ect.
