I don't get much time off of work so I would Imagine a couple day trips to places like Penn's Creek and the Little Juniata in PA. Also planning a week or two in Montana early or mid July.

(wrote the book on poor....) Anywho, besides trying more regional waters - VA, NC, etc...am focusing on a trip out to AZ to chase some Apache Trout. That will be our biggy for the year.
Eternal decisions can only be made on this side of eternity.
I plan to go to Colorado and Yellowstone this year. That's the big one. Also going to make a few trips down to the White River in Arkansas. That's not nearly as far away for me.
Of course there will be many trips to streams in the Ozarks......close to where I grew up.

There's the trip to Grayrock on the Au Sable (MI) in late June, followed by a trip to the Au Sable in early July for the MI FI. I'll probably go to the Au Sable in late July and might get to the Au Sable in August and oh yes, I'll be retiring so I might make it to the Au Sable in three of the Fall months. (JF-Didja notice I never said Manistee once....shhh)
central Orygun in early March and Peru in early May.
Due to a recent change of events, it appears I will definitely be able to do some fishing this summer. One place that I really want to try out is the Grey Reef section of the North Platte.
If I can get my conditioning good enough, I want to hike into a golden trout lake as well and see if I can get my hands on one of them.
So far current plans are to do at least one camping trip. If my Dad comes out again, he has expressed interest in the long rod (he watched me catch my first flyrod fish last summer) I'm going to snag a guide who can put us on good waters and give him some instruction (and potentially fix a few of my casting issues as well)
I'm also hoping to make a weekend trip up to Yellowstone at some point to see if I can get into a few fish.

Life is expensive... but it does include a free trip around the sun.
