It's so cool to come home from work to a swap box. I've got to say that this box is crammed full. Be careful when you open it!

Took:
Chartreuse Barred strung hackle
Grouse Wing
2 Squirrel Tails
Package of Biots
Wing Burners
Green foam cylinders
Multi-colored Quill selection
Collection of dry flies
Spool fine gold tinsel

Put in:
4 spools of metallic braid : silver, pearl, red, copper
3 packages of 3mm half eyes
Bag of tiny glass beads for midges
Big bag of mink
1 spool floss
1 spool flat gold tinsel
1 thread bobbin
1 pr. Scissors
1 hackle pliers (cheap ones from radio shack works great)
6 small Bucktail pieces: 2 blue, orange, red, pink, green
1 pkg. yellow pre-formed foam hopper bodies

I'll put it back out in the mail to Doug in Vermont tomorrow. Thanks for letting me play!

Got a card in my mailbox last night saying I had a package, my wife is gonna pick it up for me when she gets home. Tough on packages when we both leave before the post office opens and usually both get home after it's closed.

It was the swap box at the Post Office and my wife picked it up for me and I have gone through it.

I took out:

coil of copper wire
medium tinsel spool
pack of foam bodies
Genetic Dry Fly Mini Pak 12's & 14's
1 small pair of curved forceps
Big wooden spool (my wife wanted it LOL)

Put In:

1 peacock eye coated in parafin (makes nice quill bodies)
1 Bag of turkey flats
1 Nice chunk of beaver (flecks in bag are from the hide)
1 bag of pheasant rump feathers
1 piece of wild winter rabbit skin (Friend got him last year and I cleaned washed and boraxed the skin, real nice)
Bag of dry flies from swaps I was in

Hope to get the box out tommorrow or Saturday morning.
