    Default Kodiak Flyrod

I came across a Kodiak brand graphite flyrod at a flea market yesterday. I've never heard of this brand and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.

It was a 7 foot, 2 piece ,5 weight and seemed to have a moderate to fast action. I didn't buy it but may go back. It came with an old Southbend click and pawl reel and was selling for $27 for the rod and reel.

Would appreciate any info anyone has.

    Thanks
    Dave

Never heard of that one Dave. Could be a couple different things- Might be an older brand that sold through only certain stores that carried it, or could be a rod someone built and they called themselves "Kodiak rods". That's about the only things I can think of, maybe someone else can leand more info.

For that price though as long as it's in decent shape then I'd say buy her.
