Swap of the Month for 2010

I sure hate to think ol' blue won't be running the Fly of the Month Swaps for next year. But, schedules being what they are...

I would be happy to pick up running the swap of the month for 2010 if y'all are interested. I'd like to do the same kind of job with it that ol' blue has done and make sure everyone has a great time doing flies every month. I'd like to run it like the 2009 swaps -- with each tyer "hosting" one month. That can be as simple as picking a theme for the month with me getting and distributing the flies, to you doing the entire thing for a month.

If you all are ok with me running the swaps and are interested in participating in a swap each month of 2010 I'd like to hear from you. I know we aren't even done with December's swap, but its time to think ahead a bit and start organizing if I'm going to do this.

What do you guys think? Anyone want to play?

I think the swap is in good hands. After a year and a half of the SOTM, and with kids getting old enough to start taking up a lot more time, I just can't give it the time and effort it will require. I'm sure you will do a top notch job, John. I'll be lurking around to see what 2010 brings, though.

I would be interested in doing it again. I got into 2009's swap about halfway through. It has been a great experience.
