Can anyone comment on the 13 watt portable folding model? I have a full sized daylight lamp/magnifyer combo but its too heavy to lug around and I often take a toolbox sized tying kit along when I travel or work a booth for TU, etc. Any comments? The reviews for Joanne Fabrics were all craft/sewing users, so I'm intersted in a tiers point of view. Also, do you know if the 50% off is just for internet sales? Thanks, Jim
The late Al Campbell did have the portable model of the Ott-Lite and brought it to the Idaho Fish-In. He was very pleased with it.

I have the folding, portable one. I love it. Stores easily and provides good light. It might not be as bright as the non-portable ones, but it still works for me.
