Around here it doesn't usually get much over 70%. West Tennessee sees a fair amount of 80-90% humidity. The Gulf Coast gets near your 102 % humidity. Last time I went down to see my Sister, I went for walks along the shore. It is a bit disconcerting to have humidity dripping off the mustache when there is not precipitation. That's VERY humid.
