Went fishing with some fellas from my FF club yesterday. Had a blast. 14 hookups, 12 fish to hand. All released carefully back to the water.
Here's a little fish porn from So. Cal.

You were overdue, for sure.
Having a blast counts - whether you catch fishies or not. And you DID !!

The fish are always right.
Nice to see you got out and it's even better that you found some willing playmates.

Very nice looking fish, just getting out and enjoying being out there is great, glad you had the chance..
"Because by the Grace of God I can, be on a beautiful mountain stream with a friend , have the water boil from a 12" Native Brookie taking a self tyed dry,and feel it on the end of my cane... It don't get no better than that..."
Jim if you don't mind where are you catching all these huge bows? I've worked in Bakersfield/Taft for the past 3 years but have never gone trout fishing here. Thinking about heading to the Kern though sometime soon to check it out.
vargoje3, Sorry. I didn't see your post on this thread. I fish the Eastern Sierras mostly. These 'bows were taken on a creek feeding the Owens River east of hiway 395.
