Just got my Albright A-5 9' 5 piece 4 wt.
Good weighting. Good casting. Very smooth feel. At first(before I put a reel or line on it) I thought it felt end-heavy. After spooling it up and casting it, it felt just fine.
Caught a 2.5lb bass and a pretty big bluegill on it. Neither were a tussle at all. Had good feel. Is not real 'fast' nor 'slow' at all. Definitely a medium feel, maybe a bit quicker.
I tried to cast it like I would on a stream fishing for trout and it was very controllable for laying the line out smoothly.
I can't over emphasize the smooth feel of it.

About the only thing I'd change on it is to make it an 8'6" rod with a bit more quickness. Maybe that is going to be the next line of them.

Hope this helps anyone out there.

I would say I liked the Redington 4wt I had(and lost) better however.
